Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Moore Signature Deals LLC, we specialize in wholesale distribution. Due to the nature of our business, we have specific policies in place regarding cancellations, returns, and claims.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before processing are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Orders that have been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Any special-order or custom items are non-cancelable once production has begun.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must follow these steps to process a claim:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Submit the following information to support@mooresignaturedeals.com:
    • Order number
    • SKU of the damaged or incorrect item
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
    • Clear photos of the pallet and delivery condition
    • Delivery receipt with notation of damage (if applicable)
  • Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.

3. Returns

Due to the bulk nature of our shipments, we do not accept general returns. However, under exceptional circumstances, a return request may be considered with the following conditions:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Freight and Shipping Claims

  • If a shipment is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
  • If the damage is discovered after acceptance, submit a claim within 48 hours.
  • For freight shipments, claims must be filed with the freight carrier directly. We will assist with necessary documentation.
